Senior Facility Manager

Key Responsibilities & Accountability:
Management and supervision of the portfolio of entrusted orders – maintenance, cleaning and technologies
Cooperation with individual sites managers
Reporting to the client, regular meetings with customers
Preparation CAPEX and OPEX budgets
Seeking additional business opportunities
Control of the operation of sites
Creation and management of operational processes
Coordination of maintenance of relevant documentation, service and revision documents
Requirements:
Technical university degree
Languages: Hungary – C2, Slovak – B2, English - advantage
Expert knowledge of Facility Management / Technical Building Equipment
Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar position
Very good organizational and management skills
Willingness to travel (Slovakia and Hungary)
Ability to solve problems independently
Active approach, flexibility
Good user knowledge of MS Office
