What your new challenge will look like?

Your personnel responsibilities will extend to contributing to the strategic development of our software solutions by serving as an interface between regional product market experts (regions NA & CN) and the internal software development team -
Supporting the implementation of customer requirements
-
Being responsible for OKRs: defining and measuring objectives and key results
-
Analyzing and understanding the market needs and aligning to Go-To-Market plan together with the product marketing experts
-
Participating in roadmap creation, supporting the whole budgeting and forecasting activities
-
Leading and developing technical concepts and requirement profiles for 4flow software products based on internal and external customer requirements
-
Collaborating closely with other teams, reporting and initiating process improvements to further develop customer solutions.
