Our Retail Department in Budapest, Hungary - location is looking for a

Store Allocator (f/m/d) (100 %)

In this role you will be responsible for managing assortment in the stores, in line with the business’ KPIs, as well as managing and adjusting assortments according to the performance of given store.

Your Responsibilities:

• Oversee merchandise assortment across the retail network, including returns and transfers
• Ensure optimal stock levels in stores to meet demand and business targets
• Manage and optimize the automatic replenishment system (Smart Supply) for seamless inventory flow
• Process and coordinate orders from stores, ensuring accuracy and timely fulfillment
• Analyse sell-out data by store such as product rotation, sell-through rates, seasonal returns, to adjust and refine product assortment
• Generate and distribute weekly performance reports to stores, focusing on key metrics such as product rotation and sell-through rates
• Collaborate with stores and external partners to share vital information on promotions, deliveries, stock returns, and other inventory-related activities
• Provide administrative and organizational support to stores if required
• Track and maintain system activities related to orders and deliveries using standard SAP-BW reporting

Your Ideal profile:

• You have at least 2 years of experience in allocation, buying, or store management within the retail industry
• You possess strong knowledge of key performance indicators (KPIs) and understand their role in driving store performance
• You have gained proficiency in SAP, particularly with the BW module, and experience in Data Warehouse management
• You are highly skilled in advanced Excel for data analysis and reporting
• You are fluent in both English and Hungarian, with excellent communication and collaboration abilities
• You are able to work independently, organize your workload effectively, and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
