Key Accountabilities

• Support the development and implementation of cash management strategies.
• Prepare and review regular (monthly and quarterly) cash flow reports and deposit summaries.
• Conduct various control tasks related to pay-run management, including detailed review and reconciliation.
• Address bank inquiries and ensure timely resolution of issues.
• Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance treasury operations.
• Map new process flows and manage projects impacting Treasury functions.
• Maintain relationships with banking partners and oversee payment processing activities.
• Back up the Treasury Manager in their absence, ensuring continuity of operations.
• Coach and train Treasury analysts.
• Manage FX transactions and oversee FX exposure as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• 5-8 years of experience in treasury, finance, accounting in the international company
• Strong knowledge of cash flow reporting and compliance regulations.
• Fluent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Proven track record in process improvement.
• Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
• Experience with banking network management and ERPs
• Strong analytical, problem solving, and organizational skills.
