Treasury Assistant Manager

Key Accountabilities
- Support the development and implementation of cash management strategies.
- Prepare and review regular (monthly and quarterly) cash flow reports and deposit summaries.
- Conduct various control tasks related to pay-run management, including detailed review and reconciliation.
- Address bank inquiries and ensure timely resolution of issues.
- Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance treasury operations.
- Map new process flows and manage projects impacting Treasury functions.
- Maintain relationships with banking partners and oversee payment processing activities.
- Back up the Treasury Manager in their absence, ensuring continuity of operations.
- Coach and train Treasury analysts.
- Manage FX transactions and oversee FX exposure as needed.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- 5-8 years of experience in treasury, finance, accounting in the international company
- Strong knowledge of cash flow reporting and compliance regulations.
- Fluent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Proven track record in process improvement.
- Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
- Experience with banking network management and ERPs
- Strong analytical, problem solving, and organizational skills.
