Job Description:
As a Production Associate, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth movement of materials within our facility. Your responsibilities include:

• Forklift Operation: Safely operate both sit-down and stand-up forklifts to load, unload, and transport materials.
• Safety Standards: Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures to maintain a secure work environment.
• Material Handling: Move and organize materials efficiently, including loading and unloading trucks, stacking products, and organizing warehouse spaces.
• Inventory Management: Use RF scanners or handheld devices to track and manage inventory accurately.
• Routine Maintenance: Conduct routine checks on forklifts and report any maintenance needs.
• Team Collaboration: Work alongside warehouse staff, supervisors, and other team members to ensure smooth operations throughout the shift.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Previous experience operating both sit-down and stand-up forklifts is required.
• Skills: Strong understanding of forklift operations, safety practices, and material handling.
• Physical Requirements: Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs., stand for extended periods, and operate machinery in a fast-paced environment.
• Age Requirement: Must be 18 years or older due to machinery and equipment use.

• Location: This role is based in Franklin, Indiana.
• Environment: You will work in a warehouse setting with exposure to varying temperatures, noise levels, and moving machinery.
