Job Title: QA Test Engineer
Location: India (preferred); EMEA (considered)
Position Type: Full-Time
About the Role:
We are seeking four experienced QA Test Engineers to join our team. The ideal candidates will possess strong technical skills, with a proven ability to understand and troubleshoot technical errors. You will be involved in testing platform integration projects and will need to demonstrate experience with SOAP-UI, SQL, and both black-box and white-box testing methodologies.
Key Responsibilities:

• Testing and Analysis:
  
  • Work on platform integration projects, ensuring thorough testing of integrated systems.
    
  • Extract test scenarios from requirements and flow diagrams.
    
  • Write precise manual test cases and execute them effectively.
    
  • Create and interpret automation scripts from manual test cases using tools such as Selenium.
    
• Quality Assurance:
  
  • Analyze use-cases to identify potential issues and areas for improvement.
    
  • Log, identify, and track defects or issues.
    
  • Develop and maintain detailed testing reports.
    
• Collaboration and Documentation:
  
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and provide feedback on testing.
    
  • Utilize JIRA and Confluence for tracking and documentation purposes.
    
• Technical Skills:
  
  • Apply solid technical, analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills in all tasks.
    
  • Maintain a good understanding of SDLC fundamentals.
    

Required Qualifications and Skills:

• Proven experience in both manual and automation testing.
  
• Hands-on experience with SOAP-UI and SQL.
  
• Proficiency in creating and executing test cases.
  
• Experience in platform integration testing.
  
• Knowledge of JIRA and Confluence.
  
• Strong technical, analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  
• Ability to create and manage detailed testing reports.
  

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiarity with Selenium or other automation tools.
  
• Experience in interpreting manual test cases into automation scripts.
