Job Description:
We seek a motivated and results-driven Account Executive to join our team. This position requires strong communication skills and a deep understanding of the company's operations and transactions.
Role & responsibilities :
· Knowledge of TDS/ Booking keeping/ GST/ Accounting/ Accounting records and maintenance.
· Knowledge of billing and prompt submission of invoices.
· Daily prepare cheque for creditor of Expenses.
· Daily prepare cheque for Expenses.
· Making Quotations and performa invoices to clients.
Preferred candidate profile :
· Graduation in B.Com or M.Com.
· Knowledge of Tally is a must.
· Typing speed @30wpm.
· Knowledge of Bookkeeping.
· Maintain petty cash/ cash flow.
· Record, store, and analyze account information using Accounting software.
