Position: Accounts Executive
Salary: 25-35k ctc
Eligibility: B.COM
EXPERIENCE: 7-10 YEARS
(Only Male Candidates are preferred)
Job description:
1. Gather and monitor financial data (e.g. sales revenues and liabilities)
2. Assist in preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual statements (balance sheets and income statements) with Finance Head.
3. Revenue recording and reconciliation.
4. Manage statutory payments - TDS, GST, PF, ESIC, etc.
5. Monitor and report on accounting discrepancies
6. Perform month-end and year-end close processes
7. Accounting and Book keeping control on entire ERP (Tally) from record to report and order to cash.
Requirements:
1. Proven work experience as a Financial Accountant or similar role
2. Advanced knowledge of MS Excel and Tally ERP 9
3. In-depth understanding of accounting procedures, Solid knowledge of accounting regulations
4. Excellent math skills with an attention to detail
5. Time-management abilities
