Position: AGM - Electrical, Kolkata
Experience : 15 to 18yrs (Age with in 40 to 45yrs max)
Education : B.E. / B. Tech - Electrical
Role / Level : Managerial
Functional area : Electrical
Job Responsibility:

• Responsible for all electrical activities of projects including 33KV /11KV switch yard, substations of Group Companies.

• Adequate knowledge of Electrical Value Engineering, System design,SLD (Single line diagram) including preparation of specifications of electrical panels, Transformers etc and LV systems including BMS (Building Management System).

• Derive quantity from drawing, Estimation of Cost.

• Execute all internal & external electrical work at real estate sector only.

• Ample knowledge of current market rates; conversant in contract management & selection of vendors, Technical specifications & IE rules.

• Preparation of budget and independent interaction with Consultants.

• Execute all internal & external electrical work at real estate sector only.

• Maintain MIS for progress report of electrical activities & buildings.

• Liaison & Co-ordination with various Government departments including Electricity Boards, Power Supply agencies.
