Description
International Operational Excellence is a newly expanded organization, responsible for supporting our international Issuing and our international Acquiring businesses across 27+ markets in ensuring a robust first line of defense, and in playing an active role in supporting the Business meet its growth objectives whilst demonstrating an effective control framework.

Position Summary

This position is responsible for execution of the Affiliate management program of AEBC India, ensuring compliance with both the enterprise program as well as the RBI and NYSDFS regulatory requirements. The position will report to the Manager who has oversight responsibility of the program to ensure Reg W compliance on all affiliate transactions.

Principal Accountabilities

§ Ensure the Affiliate management program is executed in accordance with AEMP 10 Policy and AEBC’s Outsourcing Policy and regulations.

§ Monthly Service Delivery Reporting, Performance Issue resolution and preparation of quarterly scorecard reviews for high-risk affiliates.

§ Maintaining monthly Expense data of affiliates and invoice validations

§ Completion of quarterly and annual certifications for non-high-risk affiliates

§ Maintain strong relationship with business partners, other function heads within the Bank and across the enterprise, and regulators as required to ensure that all the management reviews are executed effectively.

§ Sound judgment and discretion are essential characteristics for this role. Decision-making capabilities using independent judgment to determine how to perform job tasks and prioritize work effort. Independent organizational and time management skills in setting goals and deadlines based on sound judgment and discretion.

§ Help the team in tracking overall assessments activities end-to-end (requesting and updating performance Metrics of affiliates, review them and request for service where applicable), and report on a regularly basis

§ Support audit related activities and control development, monitor risk levels and produce timely reporting of risk escalations for post contract deliverables.


Required Skillset
§ Minimum 5 years of demonstrated experience in Inter-company contract management

§ Outstanding project management skills with strong communication skills

§ Strong relationship management skills with ability to collaborate effectively with business functions

§ Knowledge of AXP policies and procedures related to Affiliate Management

§ High degree of co-ordination abilities to manage ongoing priorities across various segments

§ Demonstrated knowledge of AEMP 10 and TPRM Standards along with various aspects of regulatory circulars, processes, and systems

§ Strong control and compliance focus with effective organization abilities & communication skills
