JOB DESCRIPTION FOR EACH POST
We are looking for Arts and Craft Teacher to teach in primary grade and who has at least 3 to 5 years of teaching experience and have relevant qualifications.
· Provide students with individualized attention while fostering interactive learning environment
· Practice interactive teaching methodologies through various tools and techniques that focus on student engagement
· Providing additional teaching support for late bloomers
· Assign homework, tests, quizzes, and other assessments
· Preparing reports summarizing students’ progress and evaluating their performance
· Should be conversant of the syllabus and implement appropriate lesson plans
· Assist in the development of new programs, curricula, and materials based on changing education requirements
GENRAL SKILLS NEEDED FOR ALL POST -

• Good communication skills in English language as well
• Excellent working experience in classroom teaching and management
• Good interpersonal skills and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage time effectively
• Ability to learn quickly and excel
• Good documentation and report writing skills
• Bachelor's degree and relevant qualification in the subject
• A minimum of 3 to 5 years’ experience in a similar role
