As the Head of Global People Operations, you will be responsible for evolving our current regional model to overseeing HR operations across our international organization. You will lead a team that ensures seamless HR services and processes, supporting our global workforce in alignment with company goals and objectives. This role requires strategic vision, strong leadership, and operational excellence.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:
Key Responsibilities: Strategic Leadership:
Drive initiatives to enhance HR operational efficiency, scalability, and effectiveness.
Providing HR operational thought leadership through effective partnership with regional and global HR team.
Build and lead HRSS for a global team of 3000+ employees across NA, Canada, India & Ireland


Operational Oversight:
  • Build and deliver a strategy that executes upon delivering day-to-day HR operations including but not limited to employee and contractor onboarding and offboarding, HRIS management, JIRA ticketing tool Monitor key HR metrics and analytics to drive data-driven decisions and continuous improvement.
Ensure adherence to global HR policies, procedures, and regulatory
requirements across all regions. Be the point person to address and review any audit queries.

Process Improvement:
  • Identify opportunities for process optimization and standardization to streamline HR operations globally. Implement best practices and technologies to enhance HR service delivery and employee experience.
  • Lead change management initiatives related to HR systems and processes. Provide functional / technical expertise on 'core' HR systems (Ceridian Dayforce) and serve as the HR system administrator. Also, provides functional / technical expertise on 'ancillary/supporting' HR platforms such as sapling, Onbase etc

Team Management:
  • Build, develop, and mentor a high-performing global HR operations team.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous learning within the team.
  • Allocate resources effectively to support business priorities and HR initiatives.
Stakeholder Engagement:
  • Collaborate closely with CHRO, HR leadership team, internal audit and other key stakeholders to align HR operations with business objectives.
  • Partner with different stakeholders to ensure integrated solutions Act as a trusted a partner to People Partners on HR operational matters.

Compliance and Risk Management:
  • Mitigate HR operational risks and proactively address potential issues.
  • Implement and monitor internal controls related to HR processes and data integrity.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • 10+ years of progressive experience in HR operations, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of leading global HR operations in a complex, multinational organization.
  • Strong knowledge of HR systems, processes, and best practices. Knowledge of Day Force is preferred
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Strategic thinker with the ability to translate business needs into HR initiatives. Experience in change management, process improvement, and project management.
  • Certification such as SHRM-SCP or SPHR is a plus. Attributes:
