- Daily round of technical/utilities area.
- Countersign all technical log books, like DG, LT, transformer, K reading register, STP, WTP and technician handing taking over books on daily basis. In case of any error in the record, it should be corrected and conveyed to respective technician for further guidance.
- Ensuring PPM is carried out as per schedule and maintain checklist and history card.
- Maintain history card as per activity carried out on the equipment.
- Management of technical manpower as per the requirement. In case of shortage, the same should be informed to technical manager and estate manager.
- Monitoring of HSD stock and its consumption on daily basis
- Ensuring proper working and maintenance of engineering assets/equipment.
- Attending and resolving complaints related to engineering works.
- Data entry and upkeep of records and log books in professional manner.
- Ensuring all data is accurate, complete and entered on daily basis.
- Proper handing and taking over with previous shift engineer including activities carried out/ defect occurred/resolved in previous shift.
- Maintaining of checklist and ensuring compliance by operators.
- Timely escalation of suggestions/observations to improve the maintenance system and procedures.
- Ensuring compliance to governing documents by one and all.
- Maintaining inventory records of spares.
- Tracking of pending complaints & ensure that TAT is minimized for complaints.
