Job Description:
Role Overview: As a Backend Sales Caller, you will be responsible for managing daily sales calls, maintaining accurate data, and keeping detailed records of customer interactions. Your primary goal will be to support our sales team by ensuring consistent follow-ups, managing leads, and contributing to our sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Daily Sales Calls: Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote Home Link Broadband’s products and services. Follow up on leads and inquiries to drive sales and achieve targets.
- Data Management: Maintain and update customer information in the CRM system. Ensure that all data is accurate, complete, and up-to-date.
- Record Keeping: Document all customer interactions, including call outcomes, notes, and follow-up actions. Prepare and submit daily reports on sales activities and customer feedback.
- Customer Support: Address customer queries and provide information about our products and services. Offer solutions to any issues or concerns they may have.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to align on strategies and share insights. Contribute to team meetings and provide feedback on sales processes and customer interactions.
- Experience: Previous experience in a sales or telemarketing role is preferred but not required.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and maintain attention to detail.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel).
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business or related field is a plus.
- Goal-Oriented: Strong drive to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Organized: Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks.
