Overview:
Kinshippay India is seeking a motivated and experienced Branch In Charge to oversee our branch operations, Business development & sales. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in managing business growth, loan processes, recovery and leading a team to achieve financial goals.
Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for Sales & Business development of Kinship Pay
• Manage Relationship for portfolio of customers (Both Existing & New)
• Handling and sourcing new customers under the branch through the business development team.
• Manage branch operational work
• Handling branch level meeting with new and existing customer regarding the new and existing products of the company
• Maintain branch level audit
• oversee the team work
• maintain the loan disbursement portfolio at branch
• To ensure the achievement of disbursement targets with minimum delinquency
• Enabling business growth by developing and managing a teams across assigned territories for deeper market penetration and reach
• Assess potential client base and product acceptability in new regions, areas & opportunities for geographical expansion of operational areas
• Makes a close follow up of the disbursed loans, especially of the ones not paying on time.
• Time to time new & existing group visit for verification
• Maintaining portfolio quality by tracking & controlling Normal dues, Nonstarters, Delinquency, & Frauds.
• Build strong client relationships both internally and externally and build a strong brand identification with potential customers.

Key Skills Required:

• Minimum 1 year to maximum of 3yrs exp in sales/marketing/finance
• Basic understanding about finance business & fintech services
• Strong knowledge in email writing (outlook preferred)
• Relationship management, Business sourcing
• Understand critical attributes of customer service
