Job Description:
- 3+ years of experience in a BA or Application Analyst role with increasing responsibility including Saa S/Cloud platform implementations
- Experience translating business requirements into configuration / design specifications of a Saa S/Cloud platform.
- Experience performing software validation.
- 3+ years of experience in gathering business requirements from customers.
- 1+ years of work experience in the public/community services sector (preferred)
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Confident, Client-facing, comfortable with unknowns/not knowing the answer
- Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work well independently or as part of a team; ability to interact well with all levels of staff.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail; ability to multi task and handle several projects. Should be able to manage multiple projects and deliverables simultaneously and deliver accurate recommendations that support client success
- Experience implementing software that supports workflows preferred.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with aptitude for exceptional customer service
- Comfortable working from a home office while using conferencing tools to connect with colleagues and clients across time zones
- Flexibility to occasionally work outside of core business hours to accommodate clients in different time zones
- Experience : 4 – 6 yrs
