Job Description
● Strong sales, marketing, negotiation skills
● Planning and implementation of the business plan for Phase Change Materials and other cold chain products/services.
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
● Demonstrated ability to identify and develop new business opportunities
● Ability to work independently and as part of a team
● Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets
● Experience of Cold Chain could be an added advantage
● Developing strong relationships with clients and evaluating their costs benefit/need analysis.
● Strategizing next steps, negotiating deals and beating the competition in head-to-head opportunities.
● Identification and onboarding of potential channel partners.
Technical Skills:
● Key account management
● Knowledge of Cold Chain products and Logistics Solutions would be a plus point.
Experience:
● Strong knowledge of the Sales process and of key account management
● 2 - 4 years of relevant work experience.
Salary: 7-10 Lpa
Qualification: Should have Science background
