Cafe Manager / Shift Manager
Chai Waale is currently seeking a Cafe / Shift Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our
cafe in Tamil Nadu, India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the staff, ensuring
excellent customer service, and maximizing profitability. The Café / Shift Manager will also be in
charge of inventory management, maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards, and implementing
marketing strategies to increase footfall.
Responsibilities:
1. Oversee the overall operations ofthe cafe, including staffing, customer service, and profitability.
2. Manage inventory levels and place orders for supplies as needed.
3. Ensure that the cafe maintains high standards of cleanliness and hygiene at all times.
4. Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract more customers and increase sales.
5. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and timely manner.
6. Welcome customers, take and process orders and assist with product inquiries.
Qualifications / Experience:
1. Proven experience in a managerial role within the food and beverage industry.
2. Excellent leadership and communication skills.
3. Strong understanding of inventory management and cost control.
4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
5. Diploma in Hotel Management or a related field is preferred
6. Basic English and Hindi Communication is mandatory.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
