(1) Senior Regional Operations Manager (Bangalore)
Take the lead in managing and optimizing ground operations across South India for Flix Bus, ensuring seamless performance and safety standards. As the primary contact for the Bangalore-based Operations team, you’ll play a pivotal role in our growth, driving process optimization and vendor management.
- Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring no disruptions and high-quality performance.
- Optimize processes and manage vendor relationships, ensuring compliance with safety standards.
- Train and support operators and station agents to deliver excellent service.
- 7-10 years of experience in operations management, ideally in transportation, logistics, or mobility, with a proven ability to manage and optimize complex operations. South market and languages knowledge.
Lead and coordinate complex customer support and operational processes across multiple locations for Flix Bus. This strategic role focuses on business process design, governance, and global stakeholder management to drive key initiatives and ensure operational readiness and efficiency.
- Oversee end-to-end customer support operations, ensuring seamless execution across multiple locations.
- Lead business process design and governance, managing special projects and developing analytical dashboards.
- Coordinate with global teams to launch new initiatives and pilot programs, ensuring alignment and effective communication.
- 5-7 years of experience in operations management, with a strong track record of leading complex projects and driving continuous improvement.
Support and enhance ground operations and data analytics for Flix Bus in India, ensuring seamless performance and strategic insights. This role focuses on operational management, process optimization, and data-driven decision-making to drive Flix Bus’s growth in one of the world’s largest bus markets.
- Manage day-to-day ground operations, ensuring smooth interactions with operators and strong relationships with bus stations.
- Monitor operational KPIs, enhance performance, and ensure compliance with safety standards through data analysis and process improvements.
- Design and maintain dashboards, interpret data for actionable insights, and ensure high data quality using advanced Excel functions and tools like Power BI.
- 5-7 years of experience in operations management, with strong analytical skills and expertise in the consumer tech landscape of North India.
Drive sales and operational excellence through OTA platforms for Flix Bus, focusing on strategic execution and customer satisfaction. This role involves optimizing performance, managing partner relationships, and enhancing the booking experience in a key growth area.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to maximize sales and revenue via OTA platforms, optimizing pricing and promotions.
- Oversee OTA operations, ensuring smooth ticketing, reservations, and customer service while enhancing the customer experience.
- Monitor OTA performance, analyze metrics, and adjust strategies based on insights; manage OTA partner relationships and product listings.
- 2-5 years of experience in sales or operations roles within consumer durables, FMCG, mobility, or hospitality, with a strong focus on marketplace channels.
