Job Summary
We are looking for a compassionate Caregiver to join our team and provide essential support to individuals in need. In this role, the Caregiver will assist with daily living activities, medication management, and offer emotional support in settings such as group homes, long-term care facilities, or private residences.
Duties
- Provide direct support and assistance with activities of daily living
- Administer medications following prescribed guidelines
- Monitor and record vital signs
- Assist in maintaining a clean and safe environment
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to implement care plans
- Offer emotional support and companionship to individuals under care
- Engage individuals in social activities and community outings
Experience
Required:
- Experience in caregiving, direct support, or related field
- Knowledge of medication administration and basic healthcare practices
- Ability to work collaboratively with healthcare professionals
Nice-to-have:
- Background in nursing or social work
- Familiarity with home and community care practices
Work Location: Northeast side of town
