Career Counsellor:
We are seeking a qualified and enthusiastic Female Career Counsellor to join our team at Excellencia Infinitum School.( Shamirpet)
The Student Counsellor will guide students to find the institution that best meets their learning and career (National/ International) aspirations. Driving the achievement of pipeline goals and targets through each stage of the student journey. The Student Counsellor must ensure to promote Excellencia with various Institutions/ Universities.
Roles and responsibilities:

• Provide academic support to students
• Help students in goal setting and decision-making
• Provide information and advice to students and their parents regarding study opportunities in India and Abroad.
• Ensure students submit their applications to various institutions after their Inter/ +2, and also obtain offers and facilitate enrolments into graduation courses
• Preferably with knowledge of student visa conditions and processes
• Attend to student face-to-face, phone, live chat and email inquiries timely
• Follow through on student inquiries, requests or complaints and provide information and support as required
• Support event managers in the organization of major promotional events such as interview sessions and exhibitions
• Work with Admissions team to develop relationships and projects with Institutions representatives

Desired Candidate Profile:
Educational Qualifications: Bachelor/ Master Degree.

• Working experience in International Education Sector
• Achievement orientated
• Demonstrated customer service orientation
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively
• Fluency in English and other languages preferred
• Demonstrated ability to work in a team
• High level of problem-solving and negotiation skills
• Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook

Good to have:

• Experience in working National, International Higher Education.
• Certified Counsellor will be preffered.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹350,000.00 - ₹550,000.00 per year
