Job Description
  • Finalization of Accounts Examination and Review of Financial Statements like. Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss Account, Cash Flow Statements as per Indian INDAS Preparation and Presentation of Financials (MIS) on monthly basis to the Top Management.
  • Preparation of various statements for Funds raising activity. Due Diligence of the company and preparation of various data and reports was entirely taken care by me.
  • Closure of monthly financials in software. (Tally)
  • Maintaining the regular expenses entered by staff and verifying the expenses and statutory dues entered properly
•Preparing Budget Compare with Actual and Reporting Deviations.
  • Compilation of Monthly, Quarterly and Annual Consolidated Financial statements. Compliance with Statutory requirements like Advance Tax, GST & TDS.
  • Assisting management in the implementation of Internal Controls within the organization and suggesting cost control and reduction measures.
  • Lessoning with Internal & Statutory Auditors of the organization to enable them to comply with Audit Requirements.
  • Maintaining Advance tax & self-Assessment tax for the company & Tax Audit of the company.
  • Preparing sales tax data and uploading the return of the company on monthly basis along with the various branches & finalizing Vat Audit Report & Refund of the company situated all over India and the assessment for the same. Maintaining Advance tax & self Assessment tax for the company & Tax Audit of the company.
  • Preparation of stock statement and maintaining DP as on monthly basis against Gold Loan Facility from the Banks.
  • Preparation of Bank Statement and same to be released to bankers.
  • Maintaining the regular expenses entered by staff and verifying the expenses and statutory dues entered properly.
  • Maintaining Group Companies Account and their Reconciliation. Preparing Budget, Compare with Actual and Reporting Deviations.
  • Finance -Managing the Cash flow, Banking, Debtors and Creditors management
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month
