Job Summary: The Client Acquisition Executive is responsible for driving new business and expanding our client base. This role involves identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, building strong client relationships, and presenting tailored solutions to meet client needs. The ideal candidate will possess strong sales skills, a results-driven mindset, and a passion for delivering exceptional client service.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Development:
  • Identify and target potential clients through research, networking, and market analysis.
  • Generate new business leads and convert them into clients through effective sales strategies.
  • Conduct market research to understand industry trends and competitive landscape.
Client Relationship Management:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions that align with their objectives.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Sales Presentations and Proposals:
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
  • Demonstrate the value and benefits of VNET’s products and services.
  • Customize proposals based on client requirements and feedback.
Sales Targets and Reporting:
  • Achieve or exceed sales targets set by the company.
  • Track and report on sales performance, client interactions, and pipeline status.
  • Provide regular updates to management on progress and any challenges faced.
Collaboration and Coordination:
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with the onboarding team to ensure smooth transition and implementation of services for new clients.
Market and Industry Knowledge:
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitive products.
  • Participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to represent VNET.
