Job Overview
We are seeking a clinical director to help facilitate clinical supervision for multiple pre-licensed therapists as well as general supervision to therapists on our team. Similar to most private practice roles, this is a 1099 contract position which allows for flexibility with scheduling, less hours worked for more pay, and amazing work life balance.
I need a 'right hand (wo)man' to ensure things are running smoothly and any major problems will be brought to my attention.
This role is best for someone with strong clinical experiences and very strong interpersonal skills. We are looking for someone who is a problem solver, takes initiative, and is a clear, direct communicator.
There will be a requirement to uphold an average of 15 session hours/week in addition to supervision hours provided (likely 3-5 hours/week) - although you're welcome to take on more if it feels feasible.
We have no shortage of referrals, and there's a need for strong clinicians!
Responsibilities
- Provide clinical supervision to pre-licensed clinicians weekly (hybrid, you set the schedule)
- Build and manage a caseload of an average of 15 clients/week
- Consult with owner as needed
- Set an example for the clinical team :) this is a leadership role!
Skills
- Proficiency in Simple Practice is preferred, but general skills/ability with a computer will work as a starting point (super user friendly)
- Interpersonal skills, ability to manage any conflict or difficult feedback to deliver
- Ability to manage a caseload of patients effectively
- Strong understanding of healthcare management principles
- 3+ years of diverse clinical experiences
- Any additional trainings are a bonus!
