Secretarial Functions of company / LLP.
ROC filling.
XBRL Filling.
NBFC, LLP Compliances.
Minutes and maintenance of records.
Good knowledge of companies Act.
Share transfer compliances.
Related party dishonour.
Legal agreements drafting.
Candidate Profile: Must extra knowledge in advance excel, MS Office, Good spoken in English
Key Skill: Company Secretary, Company Law, CS, llb, nbfc, roc filling, secretarial activities.
Education: C.S Qualified
Experience: 3 years post qualification.
Experience: 3-5 Years
