Devops + AWS Lead Engineer

Primary skills (Must Have):
- 5-9 years of total experience in ITindustry
- 5+ years Necessary to have exposure to AWS Cloud
- 5-7 years working with CI / CD like Azurepipelines/Jenkins/Bamboo/Git Lab CI/ Git Hub Actions/ Bitbucket pipelines orsimilar tools
- Experience in Container Management
- Experience in integrating security in Dev Ops processes
- Experience with configuration and management tools (i.e. Terraform,Ansible, Salt, Chef, Puppet or similar tools)
Preferred skills (Good to Have):
- Experience in Monitoring and observability tools - ELK/Grafana/Prometheus/Azuremonitor/Datadog/Splunk or similar tools
- Experience in Build tools - Ant/Maven/Gradle orsimilar tools
- Experience in Code management tools - Bitbucket/Git Hub/Gitlab/orsimilar tools
Key Responsibilities:
-
Leading the team and self driving the engagement - Responsible for the continuous and on-time delivery ofapplication releases supporting mission-critical services
- Support and improve our tools for continuous integration(CI) and continuous delivery (CD). Should demonstrate measurable improvementsin our delivery pipelines
- Responsible for navigating cloud solutions, on-premisesolutions, and hybrid solutions
- Build automated release pipelines that package, test anddeploy code
- Build out and maintain suitable tracking dashboards andmetrics
- Collaborate with Architects, Engineering Engineers,Product Engineers and Engineers across the organization to deliver acomprehensive solution
- Should be able to drive the adoption of CI/CD, deploymentautomation, and release engineering standard methodologies
- Detail-oriented and excellent problem solver
- Comfortable giving feedback to team members and handlingpersonal situations
- Excellent at multi-tasking and able to handle competingpriorities
- Problem-solving, digging into issues, and owning tasks tocompletion
- Strong team player who is open to give and receivefeedback
- A passion for technology and thrives in a dynamicenvironment with a focus on creative innovation over absolute completion
