Our client Company Manage Well Security Services is a leading security agency and housekeeping provider operating across PAN India. We are committed to delivering top-notch services to our clients, ensuring safety and cleanliness in various environments.
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Executive Account Cum HR to join our team as a key contributor in Accounts, management and administration.
  • Maintain records of vouchers, invoices, payments, and other financial documents.
  • Handle day-to-day accounting tasks.
  • Prepare and send client invoices and follow up on pending payments.
  • Manage all banking-related activities, including transferring employees' monthly salaries, reconciliation, etc.
  • Process payments through various methods such as NEFT, RTGS, cash, and cheques, and keep track of these transactions.
  • Maintain ledgers, account for fixed assets, and perform other accounting activities.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of online PF, ESIC, PT, MLWF, and GST.
  • Process employees' payroll using Excel.
  • Efficiently manage day-to-day office administrative tasks.
  • Act as a liaison between the organization and clients.
  • Prioritize and resolve client issues promptly to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Handle client emails independently, providing timely and professional responses.
  • Exhibit a strong command of the English language, both written and spoken.
Qualifications:
B.Com/M.Com .
  • He / She should preferably be from Navi Mumbai, specifically the Panvel area
  • Excellent command of advanced Excel functions.
  • Preferred prior experience in accounting, administration, and HR, especially within security and facility management services companies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • He/she should be ready to join immediately or within a week.
  • Experience in the field of Account and HR 3 to 6 years
Salary/CTC -18k to 24K
Age- Below 30 years.
