Key responsibilities:
● Involved in the Preparation of accounts (tally preferred)
● Hands-on knowledge of taxes(Direct and Indirect)
● Maintains an accurate filing and record-keeping system for all financial statements and company documents
● Payment/Invoice processing from Tally including E-Invoice and payment sheet.
● Basic knowledge of Provident fund and ESIC, Salary processing
● Support in legal compliance i.e., RBI regulatory requirements (CRAR, CKYC, CIBIL)
● Payroll Processing (including PF, ESI, and other labor laws)
Job Specification:
● Good knowledge of financial and accounting procedures
● Must have experience in processing payments from the Accounting System
● Basic knowledge of GST and E-Invoicing regulations
● Working knowledge of financial regulations, accounting standards, Income Tax
● Hands on experience on payroll, provident fund, ESI rules (It is mandate)
Working days: 5.5 (Alternate Saturdays are off)
