A renowned company engaged in manufacturing of Ducts for the last two decades and catering to HVAC industry, having Plants PAN India, is looking for a professional, who can Manage the complete Logistics of the Company
Job Description

• Planning and Managing the transport fleet of the Company PAN India.
• Coordination with Production Heads of all the Plants for daily dispatch of material.
• Monitoring and deploying transport vehicles throughout the Country to ensure efficient and effective supply chain & Client service.
• Coordination with various transporters for hiring vehicles, negotiation of rates and verification of their bills, etc.
• Monitoring schedule of vehicles, accommodate changes, if any, and vehicle tracking
• Controlling various logistic issues during dispatch all over India through transportation network.
• Making MIS report for submission to the Management on daily basis.
• Keeping track of Insurance, Road Tax and Annual Maintenance & Fitness of the vehicles.
• Fulfil Drivers requirement and maintain their availability at all times.
• Liaison & Coordination with Transport Authorities and local administration.

Qualification:

• Graduate/Post Graduate with specialization in Logistics and Supply Chain Management
• Working knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word and Power Point), Internet & Email
• Capable to monitor and work on the GPS tracking System

Experience:

• 8-12 years relevant experience in a Manufacturing Company.

Skills:

• Ability to manage, control & supervise
• Strong inter personal and Communication skills.
• Initiative Analytic and Quick Decision Abilities
• Willing to move outstation, if required

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
