Fleet Manager

Job Description
- Planning and Managing the transport fleet of the Company PAN India.
- Coordination with Production Heads of all the Plants for daily dispatch of material.
- Monitoring and deploying transport vehicles throughout the Country to ensure efficient and effective supply chain & Client service.
- Coordination with various transporters for hiring vehicles, negotiation of rates and verification of their bills, etc.
- Monitoring schedule of vehicles, accommodate changes, if any, and vehicle tracking
- Controlling various logistic issues during dispatch all over India through transportation network.
- Making MIS report for submission to the Management on daily basis.
- Keeping track of Insurance, Road Tax and Annual Maintenance & Fitness of the vehicles.
- Fulfil Drivers requirement and maintain their availability at all times.
- Liaison & Coordination with Transport Authorities and local administration.
- Graduate/Post Graduate with specialization in Logistics and Supply Chain Management
- Working knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word and Power Point), Internet & Email
- Capable to monitor and work on the GPS tracking System
- 8-12 years relevant experience in a Manufacturing Company.
- Ability to manage, control & supervise
- Strong inter personal and Communication skills.
- Initiative Analytic and Quick Decision Abilities
- Willing to move outstation, if required
Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
