LOOKS Salon chain is an award-winning, elite unisex salon that provides a range of makeovers and treatment options for both men and women. LOOKS Salon has a total of 190 outlets across 51 cities. LOOKS Salon Guwahati is the first outlet of LOOKS Salon in North-East India.
LOOKS Salon Guwahati is looking for a Floor Manager who will be in-charge of the salon day-to-day operations. The Floor Manager will be responsible to maintain records of the stock and supervise the staff.
RESPONSIBILITIES
● Ensure day-to-day salon operations run smoothly
● Chat with customers, learn their preferences and build good relationships
● Supervising activities and salon operations.
● Monitor stock of beauty products and order supplies as needed
● Ensuring proper cleaning of beauty salon equipment and tools after use and following hygiene practices across all beauty stations.
● Organise trainings for new hairstylists, beauticians, pedicurists and receptionists
● Prepare daily shifts, based on demand and scheduled appointments
● Gather feedback from our clients and make sure they have a pleasant experience in our salon
SKILLS REQUIREMENT
● Work experience of at least 4 years as a Hair Salon Assistant Manager or similar role in the beauty industry
● Experience in customer service is a plus
● Up-to-date with hair trends (e.g. colours and styles)
● Basic knowledge of Excel
● Solid organisational skills with the ability to manage shifts and appointments
● Familiarity with social media
SALARY
Salary is negotiable based on work experience.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
