Roles & Responsibilities -

• Coordination with internal and external teams for food supplies.
• Resolving food tickets raised by customers.
• Customer calling to increase food subscription.
• Coordinating with Vendor for improved food quality and quantity.
• Ensure all food safety procedures are strictly adhered to according to sanitary regulations.
• Work closely with management to meet revenue objectives.
• Implement appropriate strategies to resolve adverse trends and improve sales.
• Maintain safe working conditions.
• Follow company policies and procedures regarding the handling of invoices and ensuring timely payments to vendors.
• Liasioning with FSSAI department for applying/renewing food license of existing and new properties.
• Audit inventory levels to ensure product availability, and order products as necessary.

Qualifications -

• Proven experience in F&B management or a related field.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure.
• Proficiency in F&B management software and MS Office Suite.
• Understanding of health and safety regulations and compliance.
