Fuel Wings is one of India’s fastest-growing diesel delivery companies. We are seeking a dynamic Franchise Manager to expand our reach and ensure top-notch service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Franchise Acquisition:
- Identify and onboard potential franchise partners across India.
- Develop and implement franchise acquisition strategies.
2. Franchise Management:
- Ensure smooth operation and management of franchise outlets.
- Provide ongoing support, training, and guidance to franchisees.​
3. Relationship Building:
- Establish strong relationships with franchise partners to promote mutual growth.
- Resolve any operational issues and ensure alignment with company standards.
4. Sales & Revenue Growth:
- Work closely with franchisees to maximize sales and revenue targets.
- Monitor performance metrics and implement corrective actions if needed.
5. Compliance & Reporting:
- Ensure franchisees adhere to company policies, branding, and operational guidelines.
- Prepare and present regular performance reports to senior management.​
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in franchise management, preferably in the fuel or logistics sector.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to travel frequently for business meetings.
