Excellent knowledge working on Design Technologies (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, Adobe XD) to enhance visual elements in presentations.

Job Description
- Create visually appealing and cohesive designs for various marketing materials, including but not limited to brochures, flyers, banners, social media graphics, advertisements, and website elements.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to understand project requirements, target audience, and brand guidelines, ensuring that the designs align with the overall brand identity.
- Develop and execute creative concepts that effectively communicate marketing messages and objectives.
- Use industry-standard design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, In Design) to produce high-quality graphics and artwork.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends, techniques, and technologies to continually improve design skills and stay competitive in the market.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure design concepts are delivered within project timelines and meet the desired quality standards.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions, providing creative input and ideas to enhance design projects.
- Provide graphic support for events, presentations, and other marketing initiatives as needed.
- Ensure that all design assets are appropriately archived and organized for future reference and use.
- Assist in creating and updating design templates to streamline the design process.
- Follow established style guidelines and adhere to company branding standards.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver within established timelines.
- Interact with clients to clarify doubts and provide suggestions on layouts, designs
- Work with cross-functional teams on seamless design and implementation of highly scalable dynamic ad display campaigns
- Provide successful creative solutions that align to both client and business needs
