Job Summary:
We are seeking a talented and creative individual to join our team as a Graphic Designer & Video Editor / Digital Marketing Executive. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in visual design, video production, and digital marketing strategies. This role will be responsible for creating visually compelling graphics and video content while also managing digital marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness and engagement.
Key Responsibilities:

• Graphic Design & Video Editing:
• Design high-quality graphics, illustrations, and layouts for digital and print media (social media posts, banners, advertisements, brochures, etc.).
• Edit and produce engaging video content for social media platforms, advertisements, and other digital channels.
• Develop creative assets for websites, landing pages, and email campaigns.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure brand consistency across all visual materials.
• Digital Marketing:
• Plan, create, and manage social media marketing campaigns (Facebook, Instagram, Linked In, etc.).
• Develop and implement SEO strategies to increase online visibility and organic traffic.
• Analyze website traffic and social media performance using analytics tools to optimize marketing strategies.
• Manage email marketing campaigns and create engaging content for newsletters.
• Conduct market research to stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends and competitors.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, Video Editor, or similar role.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, etc.).
• Experience with social media management tools and content management systems (CMS).
• Strong understanding of SEO, Google Analytics, and digital advertising platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.).
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of current digital marketing trends and best practices.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with motion graphics and animation is a plus.
• Familiarity with email marketing tools.
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, or Word Press is an advantage.
