Growth Manager, AppDev (English, Hindi)

Minimum qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 2 years of experience in advertising, consultative sales, apps, or business.
  • Ability to communicate in English and Hindi fluently to support client relationships in the region.

Preferred qualifications:
  • Experience analyzing data to draw meaningful conclusions, handling customer objections and providing strategic recommendations.
  • Experience working with clients and building relationships with executive-level stakeholders.
  • Experience in mobile, apps, and digital advertising.
  • Knowledge of Mobile App industry and Google App Solutions.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding business goals.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, and ability to learn quickly with high self-motivation and team spirit.

As an App Dev Growth Manager, you will be part of a team dedicated to helping mobile application developers grow their business using Google products and services. You will take ownership of app install business in your assigned market from setting strategy and driving execution to reach the market growth goals. You will work dynamically with both new and existing customers to help grow their business by providing solutions and insights to drive app discovery and engagement.
In this role, you will proactively reach out to both new and existing clients with solutions and insights, from account optimizations, to product betas, to strategic performance reviews. You are a self-driven, enthusiastic and passionate individual with excellent communication skills and a proven track record in business. You must have an analytical approach in business and be able to work in complex environments. Strong teamwork and agility to work in dynamic conditions are critical for your success.

Responsibilities
  • Work with mobile-first companies to help them reach their business growth goals.
  • Deliver against assigned business goals consistently and manage the pipeline effectively to develop a strategy for long-term sustained success.
  • Identify and pursue opportunities in your book of business, prioritize accounts, manage objections, and evaluate campaign effectiveness.
  • Collaborate effectively with mobile-focused cross-functional teams to identify potential opportunities and to develop compelling client specific pitches, strategies and business recommendations to realize mobile app developer clients success.
  • Strategize opportunities for growth across all of Google’s marketing products, including app campaigns, Google Search, the Google Display Network and You Tube. Contribute feedback and innovation for our App campaign products teams.
