**Job Summary:**
We are seeking an experienced and passionate High School Coordinator to join our team at Era International School, Anantapur. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in CBSE schools and exceptional communication skills to engage and teach innovative approaches to students. The coordinator will be responsible for leading the high school department, ensuring academic excellence, and fostering a positive learning environment.
**Responsibilities:**
* Lead the high school department, ensuring academic excellence and student success
* Develop and implement curriculum plans, syllabi, and assessments for grades 6-10
* Collaborate with teachers to develop innovative teaching methods and strategies
* Conduct regular meetings with teachers to review student progress, provide feedback, and set goals
* Monitor student attendance, grades, and behavior, and address any concerns or issues
* Develop and implement programs to promote student engagement, motivation, and well-being
* Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that supports diversity and inclusivity
* Communicate effectively with parents, teachers, and other stakeholders to ensure transparency and collaboration
* Stay up-to-date with CBSE guidelines and regulations, and ensure compliance in all areas
**Requirements:**
* Master's degree in Education or a related field
* Minimum 5 years of experience working in a CBSE school as a teacher or coordinator
* Strong knowledge of CBSE curriculum and assessment guidelines
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to engage and motivate students to learn
* Passion for innovative teaching methods and technologies
* Strong organizational and leadership skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
**Preferred Qualifications:**
* Master's degree in Education or a related field
* Experience in curriculum development and implementation
* Knowledge of educational technology and its integration into the classroom
* Leadership experience in a high school setting
Prefer: Mostly the northern India
