We are looking for a hotel night auditor that can work 11pm-7am full time.
A Night Auditor will assist guests efficiently, courteously, and professionally in all front desk related functions while providing excellent customer service. We are an awesome team and a company with great benefits. You will earn PTO after 6 months and receive 10 holiday's off with pay on day one! Qualifications
- Customer service experience in a hotel setting
- Proficiency in front desk operations and guest services
- Strong communication skills and phone etiquette
- Previous experience in hospitality industry
- Ability to conduct night audits and handle guest relations effectively
- Familiarity with hotel management systems
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
