Provide the full spectrum of HR support in the respective region with the help of a team, being the key interface between HO and respective region, communicating processes, procedures and policies in line with business needs.
Drive a centralized Recruitment system for Field staff and Internal Job postings across levels and ensure policy adherence with key focus on delivery. Provide end to end service from designing of adequate tests to deployments and analysis of the whole process on a monthly basis including deviations.
Communicate employee related HR policies and ensures adherence to the same PAN India. Centrally ensure the tracking of all Disciplinary issues handled by Regional HR and analysis.
Handle employee grievances at all levels by coaching & counselling and maintain a tracker for all such cases. Close all such issues within the policy framework.
Optimize organizational performance through HR expertise at a regional level covering areas including HR operations, performance management, and training and employee relations.
Maintain a proactive HR MIS with the help of a team that contains data updated on a daily basis in liaison with the HR team. Responsible for providing key reports like Attrition, Disciplinary cases and closures, Field HR Training, Employee profiling to the management.
Responsible for all Deployments that have a monetary impact with the help of a team.
Provide necessary inputs on the requirement of particular HR interventions for the areas to the HRD Team. Get involved in the design phase to accommodate any customization if needed, implement the interventions and periodically monitor their effectiveness.
Educate employees on Performance Appraisal & Career Development processes & coach them to ensure effective execution.
Assist in identification of behavioural training & development needs for employees. Liaise with the HR training in design and delivery of training programs.
Responsible PF -UAN ,ESI, Medical insurance updation and accident insurance
Responsible Medical insurance coordination - cash less and Reimbursement of staff.
Completing the recruitment in each level within 30 days from field to Supporting department.
Meeting with Business team monthly on expansion and employee attrition.
