Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager at Manglam G Apparels in Jaipur. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the company's human resources functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, training and development, and HR policies and procedures.
Qualifications
  • Strong knowledge and experience in all areas of human resources management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build relationships and work collaboratively with colleagues at all levels
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Knowledge of labor laws and regulations
  • Proficiency in HRIS and other HR software
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
  • Certification in Human Resources (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
