Position Description: Reporting to the Imaging Service Manager, the Imaging Field Service Engineer troubleshoots, repairs, calibrates, and verifies the performance of complex and intricate medical imaging equipment in a specialty area including, but not limited to, Cardiac Cath Labs, CT, PET/CT, and various other potential medical imaging modalities. This position is field based/In house. When not in the field the Engineer will report to our local Indianapolis facility and work on imaging labs not currently deployed. This position requires a technically competent engineer on at least one medical imaging modality. This position requires you to be familiar with all classes of clinical equipment and may perform maintenance on equipment outside the specialty area. This position requires a mechanically competent technician with experience mounting equipment with jigs, chain-hoists, hi-lifts, and other mechanical rigging devices. This position requires you to be familiar with wiring electrical cabinets referring to wiring charts or schematics and being able to work from equipment layout drawings. Remote Work: This role will be Field based. If the need arises to work remotely, including nights and weekends, employees are expected to work in a secure location to protect company data and have stable high-speed internet.

This is a full-time position. Employees are expected to work a general schedule of 8 hours per day, 5 days per week. Employees may be required to work beyond the standard schedule to meet the deliverables and expectations of the role. Employees working from home, like those in an office, should use their time wisely and constructively to plan their day since there is limited daily oversight.
