Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced and creative Senior 3D Visualiser with over 5 years of expertise in both interior and exterior 3D design. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing their proficiency in residential projects and a deep understanding of the unique design elements specific to Kerala's architectural styles.
Key Responsibilities:
- 3D Visualisation: Create high-quality 3D renderings for residential interiors and exteriors, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail in line with client specifications and design standards.
- Design Collaboration: Work closely with interior designers, architects, and project managers to develop and refine visual concepts.
- Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and maintaining consistent communication with stakeholders.
- Client Interaction: Present and explain 3D visualisations to clients, incorporating feedback and making necessary adjustments to meet their expectations.
- Innovation: Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in 3D visualisation and residential design to bring fresh ideas and approaches to the team.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure that all visual outputs meet high-quality standards and are aligned with the project’s vision and requirements.
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience as a 3D Visualiser, with a strong portfolio of residential projects.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in 3D visualization software such as 3ds Max, V-Ray, Sketch Up, and Adobe Creative Suite. Experience with other design tools and rendering engines is a plus.
- Knowledge: Deep understanding of interior and exterior design principles, with a focus on residential projects in Kerala.
- Creativity: Strong creative and artistic abilities, with an eye for detail and a passion for design.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present ideas effectively to clients and team members.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field is preferred.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working on projects specific to Kerala’s architectural style and residential trends.
- Familiarity with local building codes and regulations.
