Job Title: International Operations Manager
Location: Hyderabad, India
Office Timings: 3 pm to 11 pm ( 5 Days )
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced International Operations Manager to lead our international purchasing, logistics, freight handling, sales, and stock keeping operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing global supply chains, logistics, and sales teams to drive business growth and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
1. International Purchasing:
- Source and purchase materials, goods, and services from global suppliers
- Negotiate prices, terms, and conditions to ensure cost-effectiveness
- Ensure compliance with import/export regulations and laws
2. Logistics:
- Manage freight forwarding, customs clearance, and warehousing operations
- Coordinate with logistics providers to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery
- Monitor and optimize shipping routes, modes, and carriers
3. Freight Handling:
- Oversee receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods
- Ensure accurate tracking, documentation, and reporting
- Manage freight claims and resolve issues
4. Sales:
- Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer needs and preferences
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities
5. Stock Keeping:
- Oversee inventory management, including storage, tracking, and reporting
- Implement inventory control measures to minimize stockouts and overstocking
- Ensure accurate stock levels and product availability
6. General Operations:
- Develop and implement operational processes and procedures
- Manage budgets, forecasts, and performance metrics
- Lead and mentor operations team members to achieve business objectives
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in international operations management, international purchasing, logistics, freight handling, sales, and stock keeping
- Proven track record of driving business growth, improving efficiency, and reducing costs
- knowledge of global supply chain management, logistics, and sales principles
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field
Salary: 40,000 - 50,000 INR per month (based on experience)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month

• US shift
