We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Delivery head
In this role, you will:

• We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Delivery Lead with a strong background in the commercial trades domain. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge in Accounting, Limit modules, STP and hands-on experience with Java and Database and proven track record in overseeing banking trade transformation projects.
• As a Technical Delivery Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of technical projects, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality and are completed on time and within budget.
• As a Technical Delivery Lead, you will be responsible for leading and managing complex software projects, ensuring successful delivery within scope, time, and budget constraints
• Leader and advocate of the desired culture, awareness and behavioural changes across the WSIT community required to mature the understanding and management of technology risk controls.

• Active collaboration with wider Business Teams, product owner and global stakeholder
• Engage the key stakeholders to promote positive behaviour and actively manage risk.
• Work closely with Technology to develop and monitor risk remediation program activities and actions to ensure delivery within acceptable timelines.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:

• Minimum of 15 years of experience in the software industry with a focus on Java development.
• Proven track record in project management roles, demonstrating successful delivery of complex projects.
• Extensive experience in banking trade transformation projects.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.Candidate should have knowledge of commercial trades.
• Candidate should know the Core Trade product like DT, GTE, TL E2E flow - High Level
• Knowledge on the Workflow, TCT, STP.
• Knowledge on the Batch job processing
• Candidate should know the Core Trade transaction.
• Candidate should know on Hazel cast caching logic.
• Knowledge on the position and participant logic
