We invite application for AY24-25 Academic year for the JEE/NEET Physics Faculty - 2 positions
Candidate from South Chennai with good subject knowledge and passion for teaching are preferred
Good Communication and presentation skills, developing study methodologies, preparation of model questions, Assignments, Practice Questions, Test Papers and Practice Worksheets etc,
The faculties are required complete the syllabus of the designated batches well in time with full satisfaction of students, parents and the management
Contribute in the events, activities, promotional initiatives organized by the management
· Taking classes in assigned centers & schools of ACHARYA COACHING.
· Developing study material for NEET/IIT-JEE, Foundation and other competitive exams.
· Have a Proven Track Record of Executions/ Implementation faculties with experience.
· Handling Doubt sessions for students
· Knowledge over reviewing and enhancing present study material.
· Developing questions for Assignments, Practice tests, Daily Worksheets etc.
· Should plan to conduct extra classes to help weak students and grill good students.
· Complete entire syllabus of the designated batches well in time with full satisfaction.
· Intention to upgrade the knowledge base by studying new and revised books on subject
· Must have at least one year of teaching experience in a similar field with good track record.
Selection Process:
· Our selection process involves 3 rounds of Interview’s, Candidates shortlisted in each round will be intimated for next round interview.

o Round 1 – Written Test (MCQ Type)
o Round 2 – Demonstration to Mentors & Technical Review
o Round 3 – HR discussions
Desired Profile of the Candidate: IIT (Preferred) / NIT(Preferred) / other esteemed institutions with B Tech / MTech / Phd/ in Physics as core expertise with 1-2 years of teaching experience IIT-JEE, NEET and other All India entrance exams/courses.
