Job Description:
Hospertz India Private Limited is seeking a skilled and creative Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in architecture with a focus on healthcare and medical infrastructure projects. You will be responsible for designing innovative and sustainable healthcare facilities, ensuring the highest standards of quality, functionality, and aesthetics.
Responsibilities:

• Develop architectural designs and plans for healthcare projects, including hospitals, clinics, and medical facilities.
• Collaborate with engineering teams, contractors, and clients to ensure project specifications are met.
• Prepare detailed drawings and specifications for healthcare infrastructure.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor progress and ensure adherence to design standards.
• Provide creative and sustainable solutions for complex architectural challenges.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of projects within budget.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture.
• Proficiency in Auto CAD, Revit, and other architectural design software.
• Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and healthcare design standards.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and teamwork skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
