Roles & Responsibilities
Maintenance & Facility Management:
§ Daily tracking of Preventive maintenance Plan vs Actual.
§ Review the preventive maintenance outcome and observations, initiate necessary action to improve the machine life.
§ Closely interact with Production & Planning function and provide support the monthly, weekly and daily production plan.
§ Monitor Daily Break down and address the root cause with counter measure.
§ Initiate necessary action to improve the MTBF hours.
§ Ensure simplifying method to reduce the MTTR.
§ Through appropriate preventive & condition based maintenance system, to achieve 99%
equipment uptime.
§ Plan and adhere to periodic maintenance.
§ Maintain and update the machine history record and break down history record.
§ Proactively make available of the critical stocks to minimise breakdown time
Health, Safety & 5S:
§ Adhere to Safety first culture in the entire plant through daily safety walk through audit, ensure the safety of equipment and safe work environment and work force follows the prescribed safety standards and regulations.
§ Ensure and adhere to effective implementation of 5S and Good Safety practices.
Continuous Improvement and Cost control:
§ Responsible to operate the Repair and Maintenance cost within budget.
§ Identify and implement various continuous improvement projects for Energy saving, H&S
environment improvement, Machine down time reduction, Machine / Parts life cycle improvement, Spares cost reduction, Space Utilization, Alternate method of manufacturing, etc.
§ Ensure 1 Break through Kaizen projects
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
