Key User Manager – IW & Industrial Tools

Job Description
-
TGS Responsibility for business development from Assembly Line Users – Automotive, Consumer Durable, Renewable energy, Off Road machineries, Engineering, Ancillaries to Aforesaid and other sectors in a territory - Primary sales to IW Channel Partners and generating secondary Sales to AL users. Responsible for IW & relevant Industrial tools target for TT dealers.
- Regular Visit to AL users, understanding the User requirement, getting Bosch IW & IT range specified (conducting trials), creating business opportunity pipeline and converting them to orders.
- Regular AL User’s Engagement - organize user meets, technical Seminars, Service camps, Technician training etc.
- Increasing the reach by appointing competent / specialized channel partner to cater AL User’s requirements of IW & IT range.
- New customers- while retaining existing business, also generating delta business from New / untapped AL users.
- Closely working with MKR and Demand planner as per business opportunity and demand pipeline.
- Mantaining user contact data, direct relation with AL Users (across all levels) & establish channel relationships.
- Keep track of competition activities & products.
- New products solutions and applications- informing Manager – IW and Product Portfolio team regarding the on-ground demands from the users.
Qualifications
- BE / MBA
- Experienced field salesperson with strong user focus.
- 4 - 8 years of work experience
Additional Information

Experience of 5-7 areas in customer sales - Knowledge of industry (metal fabrication, manufacturing)
- Competence in technical sales, Pro-active, entrepreneurial mindset
- Strong communication skills across all hierarchy levels
- Market knowledge for respective area
