Job Description:
We are looking for a highly experienced and motivated Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts and drive growth across all our hotel properties in Lucknow. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in the hospitality sector, strong communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:

• Increase Hotel and Restaurant Sales: Develop and execute strategic marketing campaigns to boost occupancy rates and restaurant sales.
• Build Relationships to Increase Revenue: Identify and establish partnerships with local businesses, travel agencies, and corporate clients to drive revenue and future opportunities.
• Develop and Implement Marketing Strategies: Create and manage both online and offline marketing strategies, including social media, email marketing, and events, to promote the hotel brand and attract new customers.
• Monitor Market Trends and Competitor Activities: Conduct market research to understand customer preferences, monitor competitor's activities, and adapt strategies accordingly to stay ahead in the market.
• Oversee Advertising and Promotional Activities: Coordinate with graphic designers, digital marketing agencies, and media houses to design, plan, and implement effective advertising campaigns.
• Coordinate with Internal Teams: Work closely with the operations, sales, and front-office teams to ensure a cohesive marketing strategy and high-quality guest experience.
• Manage Public Relations and Media Relations: Develop a positive brand image by engaging with the media, writing press releases, and organizing press conferences.
• Analyze and Report on Marketing Performance: Track and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns using key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular reports to senior management.
• Drive Customer Engagement and Retention: Develop loyalty programs and personalized marketing initiatives to enhance guest satisfaction and retention.
• Lead a Marketing Team: Recruit, mentor, and manage a small marketing team, ensuring they are motivated and aligned with the hotel's goals.

Qualifications:

• Any graduate.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in marketing within the hospitality sector.
• Proven experience in creating and executing successful marketing campaigns.
• Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Travel and engage in fieldwork.
