ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES – Quantity Surveyor MEP

• Responsible for taking quantities for Pre- tender & Post Tender as per the requirements.
• Prepare variations and re-measurements as per the guidelines provided.
• Preparing of BOQ, Reconciliation reports etc., on a timely basis as per the requirements.
• Preparation of Rate Analysis as per the Company Standards and guidelines.
• Preparation of Item wise quantity calculation as per the Company requirements (Axpert).
• To check Sub- contractor’s measurements, if necessary.
• Discuss the Task received with the QS Coordinator and if necessary Coordinate with Pre- tender & Post Tender QS- Muscat HO.
• Prepare a daily report and send it to QS Co-ordinator and Muscat HO on a daily basis.
• Update online DPR

Qualifications required
B.Tech / Diploma Graduates in Electrical & Mechanical.
Diploma in MEP
QS Certifications
