Job Description:
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Operational Manager to join our Institute. The Operational Manager will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of all aspects of the institute. This role involves managing staff, overseeing administrative functions, and optimizing processes to enhance the overall student experience and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
· Managing Daily operations: Taking care of the centre, staff and the students as per the daily schedule and maintaining constant communication with the head-quarter.
· Planning and Implementation: Develop and implement best practices for pre-admission processes and overall operations.
· Handling enquiries and Admissions: Taking care of students' course enquiries and understanding their concerns, resolving them proactively.
· Team Management: Monitor and evaluate team performance to achieve optimal results.
· Coordination: Facilitate smooth coordination between different departments, including academics, administration, and support services.
· Student Induction: Oversee the induction and orientation process for new students.
· Scheduling: Plan and monitor class schedules, exams, and batch formations.
· Study Material Management: Ensure timely planning and distribution of study materials to students.
· Course Tracking: Implement and monitor course tracking mechanisms to ensure students’ progress.
· Customer Satisfaction: Maintain high levels of student satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving.
· Marketing: Having a proper understanding of prevailing and future market conditions and possessing the ability to clearly analyze the recent trends and assess the suggestions received in this regard.
· Vendor management: Following the SOP (Standard Operating Procedure) in dealing with the vendors.
· Compliance management- with various protocols such as for fire safety, COVID etc.
Qualifications & required skills:
· Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field. MBA preferred.
· 3-5 years of experience in operations management, preferably in an educational or coaching institute.
· Strong leadership and team management skills.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
· Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software.
Preferred Skills:
· Experience in the education sector, particularly in UPSC coaching.
· Knowledge of English and local language

· Salary: 60,000 – 1,00,000 INR CTC
